These are Model 03 Modifieds (no clip no finial) - in black Delrin material. Delrin is a super hard plastic often used in making medical device parts. These have a gothic pattern engraving, and a dry brush paint layer of silver and touches of blue, finished with coats of clear varnish for long term protection. Note the sections are left in matte black finish.
