Do I pay the shipping cost to return my order?
Yes, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return any product for refund or exchange.

What if I like the pen I ordered but the nib needs tuning?
On all of our pen models (except the M25 and pocket 25) the nib unit unscrews from the pen's section. Kindly flush the nib, removing any ink, before sending it back to us for tuning. See our return policy for packaging and shipping instructions.

Can I return the pen but keep the Nagahara nib unit that was in the pen?
The pen must be returned in the condition in which it was received with the Nagahara nib. We do not sell Nagahara nib separately so that nib cannot be kept. The upgrade fee for the Nagahara nib when set in a pen is a small portion of the cost for this specialty grind. Please kindly return the Nagahara chop card with the complete pen to receive your refund.

My pen needs repaired, what do I do?
Please contact clientservice@franklin-christoph.com if you need a replacement part for any accidental damages to your pen. We'll provide a replacement cost. Then follow our return policy instructions for packaging and shipping information.
