This is a small return edition of the model where the original antique glass acrylic was presented many years ago.
Note that the antique glass acrylic can micro-fracture on parts of the interior. This doesn't not create a structural issue, but can change these parts to a frosted look. Please consider this as you make your purchase.

♦ Features our special block threads at the end of the grip section. These smoother feeling threads are out of the way of your fingers. Placing the threads at this spot limits the amount of air within the cap chamber, thereby helping to eliminate dry out. The design of the block threads also releases the air when you unscrew so as to not create a suction effect on the ink.

♦ Each pen can be filled via long or short international cartridge, by converter, or via eye dropper. We recommend a little silicone grease on the threads if you use as an eye dropper. View the video on our How To Videos page on the Info drop down above. Barrel holds approximately 3.5ml of ink when eyedroppered.

♦ Lifetime Warranty

♦ Made in  USA
♦ Two cartridges, one converter, and  zippered pen pouch are all included.
The Model 66 Stabilis won a design award by PenWorld Magazine Readers for Distinctive Daily Writer in 2015.

♦ Dimensions:
capped length = 6.30"
nib tip to barrel end = 6.10"
cap posted full length = 6.85"
barrel diameter near cap = .55"
grip section smallest diameter = .42"

Weight without ink = .72oz or 20.36 grams

♦ #6 Size nib - with many tip options in factory or custom ground.

♦ The Model 66 is the production version for what we created as our first tester kit in late 2011.

♦ There is a flat side on each barrel which allows the pen to be placed on a desk without rolling. This spot also contains the blind engraving "Franklin-Christoph Model 66."  The caps post deeply on both pens for balanced writing.
