Franklin-Christoph IPO

The Original Model 01 "IPO" was retired on Dec. 31st, 2009.
♦ The IPO is the original
Franklin-Christoph writing instrument, the Model 01. The nib is solid 18K
gold, rhodium plated, and coupled with a smooth flowing feed, for an even
distribution of ink. The barrel and cap are cut from a solid bar of
methacrylate acrylic, for hardness and durability. The barrel is long enough
to write without posting the cap (European style), while the pen remains
light enough for balance when posted. The clip is solid sterling silver,
with a flex band for a firm grip in the pocket. The slight upturn at the end
of the clip, and the smooth under surface allow for an easy entry into and
out of the pocket without catching. The Simple Original. The IPO.
